Braw place, we had a fantastic time! The warm pool and friendly staff really stood out. Only downside was the sporadic shuttle times, but we just grabbed a taxi. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Incredible staff who provide fantastic service.
While the resort has beautiful amenities, the lack of a covered walkway between the reception and room areas was quite frustrating, especially during rainy weather. the absence of local dining options outside the resort means you have to rely on their expensive dining services or take shuttles into Hoi An. the pricing for both tours and food within the hotel was shockingly high compared to nearby alternatives.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The hotel staff were genuinely attentive. their accommodation of our late check-out was exceptional! ! The free shuttle to town made it convenient for us to explore in the evenings.
Our tranquility was disrupted one evening by a chaotic corporate event at the hotel. the noise and crowd made it uncomfortable seeking relaxation.
